Diagnosis: Norwood 4 with aggressive and progressive future hair loss.

This patient of ours started to thin in his early 20s. By the time he was in his mid 20s he experienced a rapid hair loss that resulted in an almost complete loss of the hairline and top. To treat him we planned a procedure that included 2,500 to 3,000 grafts be implanted in a single visit. We dense packed his hairline exclusively with single hair grafts for a natural look, and then implanted 2 and 3 hair follicular units behind the hairline to create thickness. His after photos were taken less than a year after his procedure.
