Diagnosis: 3,000 Graft Total Frontal Rebuild

This patient is a gentleman in his 40’s who traveled from Scotland to New York for surgery. The patient presented with classic thinning throughout the entire frontal half of the scalp with somewhat of a retained forelock in the center portion of the frontal scalp. The patient wanted to rebuild the entire frontal scalp using the retained forelock as a starting point. Using 3,000 grafts via the FUT technique, we performed a dense pack restoration of the entire region. The patient – while vacationing in the US – stopped by 12 months later to share his excellent results.
