Diagnosis: Full Frontal Transplant with Fine Hair

Patient is a male in his 30’s who presented with diffuse hair loss throughout the entire scalp. The thinning was most apparent in the frontal scalp, so we focused on this area. Using 3,000 grafts via the FUT technique, we carefully rebuilt and reinforced the entire frontal half of the scalp. This approach will create a full, natural appearance as the patient continues to thin and also leave more donor available for future surgeries if he does want to address the “back” at a later date.
