2,000 Graft Hairline Hair Transplant
The patient is a male in his 30’s who presented with classic frontal thinning. He was originally slightly nervous and skeptical about the results of a hair transplant, and requested a small procedure to thicken his existing hair but not lower his hairline. After undergoing the small procedure and realizing hair transplantation works, he returned with the request to do a larger FUT surgery aimed at lowering the hairline and recreating a thick “frontal band” behind it. Because the patient had fine hair and required a thick, natural result in the visible hairline region, we used 2,000 grafts and a “dense pack” approach to rebuild the frontal region. He returned 12 months later very pleased with the transformation and even did a small amount of FUE (Follicular Unit Excision) at that time to address a small patch in the back or “crown” region.
