1,500 Graft Frontal Rebuild

This patient is a male in his mid-50’s who presented with classic thinning throughout the frontal scalp. The patient requested a conservative rebuild, and reiterated that a subtle and natural look was his goal. He did not want to do anything too dramatic, nor did he want anything to appear “fake” or “artificial.” With his request in mind, we decided to rebuild a conservative frontal hairline and densely restore the frontal scalp behind it. We used 1,500 grafts removed via the FUT technique to achieve the outlined plan. The patient returned 12 months later, very pleased with his natural transformation.
